Captain
Vernon C. Bryan,
owner of Promise Charters, is the great-grandson of Ollie Klein, the
founder of this world famous seafood market. As a child, Captain Bryan was
always at the fish market following his grandfather and uncles around, learning
all he could about the seafood business.
Today
Klein's Fish Market and Waterside Cafe is the Jersey Shore's favorite
place for fresh seafood and waterside dining. And, for those who like their
fish raw - Klein's now features a sushi bar. So, after a hard day out at
